Full-Time / Part-Time Available About Milk and Honey Ranch At Milk and Honey Ranch, we provide a luxury retreat experience for our guests. The first thing a guest notices when they walk into their suite is the scent, the crispness of the linens, and the spotless surfaces. We are looking for Housekeeping Specialists who have a "resort eye"—someone who can spot a stray thread or a smudge from across the room and won't rest until it's perfect. The Role This isn't just "cleaning rooms." You are the guardian of the guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring our accommodations, common areas, and facilities are kept to a 5-star standard at all times. What You'll Do The "Reset": Full turnover of guest suites, including stripping/remaking beds to resort standards, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.

Detailing:

Ensuring all guest amenities (coffee, towels, toiletries) are perfectly stocked and staged.

Common Areas:

Maintaining the pristine look of the lodge, dining areas, and lobby.

Laundry Excellence:

Managing on-site laundry, including washing, drying, and professional folding of high-end linens.

Quality Control:

Reporting any maintenance issues (leaks, burnt-out bulbs) immediately to the maintenance team to ensure the "Ranch Standard" is met.

You understand that our "turnover window" is tight—we need you here and ready to go. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel, resort, or luxury residential cleaning is highly preferred. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (linens/vacuum) and navigate the ranch property. Flexibility to work weekends (this is our busiest time for turnovers!). Must have reliable transportation to the ranch.
