Massage Manager Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and personable Massage Therapist / Esthetician to join our spa team at Milk & Honey Ranch, providing luxurious and rejuvenating experiences for our guests. In this unique dual role, you will deliver high-quality massage treatments and a range of esthetic services, helping guests relax, refresh, and feel their best. Specific Skills Valid Texas license in both massage therapy and esthetics (or in the process of obtaining both). Proven experience delivering both massage and skincare services in a professional setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; warm, welcoming, and attentive to guest needs. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on guest bookings. Passion for wellness, beauty, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Responsible For Provide professional massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and custom treatments. Deliver esthetic services such as facials, body treatments, and basic skincare services tailored to guest needs. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional atmosphere of the treatment rooms and spa facilities. Offer product recommendations and home care advice to enhance guests' wellness journeys. Collaborate with the spa team to maintain service excellence and ensure a memorable guest experience. Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times. Maintain appropriate licensing and certifications in massage therapy and esthetics as required by the state of Texas. Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate treatment records.
