• Job Requirements:

• + Proficient in Brush & Roll painting techniques.

+ Knowledge and use of spray equipment (preferred). + Ability to operate lifts, ladders, and power tools. + Must be able to distinguish colors on charts, fan decks, and labels. + Dependable transportation. + Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays. + Must be willing to undergo an onsite drug screen. + Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial and industrial paint and coating applications.

• Essential Job Functions:

• + Apply Latex, oil-based, and epoxy paints using brush and roll techniques. + Prepare surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) for paint application. + Ensure proper surface preparation for optimal coating performance.
