Lead & Mentor:

Guide, train, and support painters and prep technicians to meet high production standards.

Keep Production Flowing:

Coordinate daily job priorities, assign tasks, and step in alongside the team when needed. Master the

Craft:

Oversee paint booth operations, surface preparation (steel & aluminum), paint mixing, and color matching.

Champion Quality:

Inspect finished products, catch defects before they ship, and troubleshoot application issues.

Safety First:

Maintain a spotless 5S workspace and ensure your team works safely with all tools, booths, and chemical materials.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

3+ years of professional painting in industrial manufacturing, automotive, commercial vehicles, trucks, fleet, or heavy equipment.

Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge of spray equipment, booth ops, metal surface prep, and paint mixing.

Leadership Drive:

Experience as a Lead/Senior Painter, trainer, or a go-to veteran ready to step up into management!

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bonus Points:

Experience painting steel/aluminum, Lean/5S knowledge, OSHA training, or ERP software exposure.
