Powder Coat Technician Powder Coatings of Utah - 4.0 Ogden, UT Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Full Job Description Production Associate / Powder Coat Technician DAY and SWING shift Powder Coatings of Utah (PCU) is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. Previous powder-coating experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates who bring an excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. We hire for attitude and train for skill. Position Details Full-time, dayand swing-shift position Starting pay: $17.00 per hour Pay may be higher depending on powder-coating experience Work location: Ogden, Utah In-person position Responsibilities Hang, prepare, mask, and unload parts for powder coating Learn to properly apply powder coating to customer parts Follow instructions from the lead supervisor Inspect parts throughout the production process Ensure completed parts meet PCU quality standards Follow all standard operating procedures posted at equipment locations Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses Participate in daily cleaning and workplace-organization duties Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area Take ownership and responsibility for assigned work Assist coworkers as needed to meet production goals All production employees are expected to learn the powder-coating process and work toward becoming qualified Powder Coat Technicians.
