Roylance Spraying is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented operator to run our Verdant spot sprayer. This sprayer uses cameras and advanced technology to identify and spray weeds in agricultural fields. We're looking for someone who take pride in quality work, enjoys operating equipment, and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities :

• Operate a tractor and Verdant spot sprayer safely and efficiently.
• Monitor spray performance and coverage to maintain quality applications.
• Mix and load spray materials according to label directions and company procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate problems promptly.
• Keep accurate application and operating records.
• Follow pesticide safety requirements and use require protective equipment.

Schedule:

• Shifts typically run 8-12 hours, depending on workload, weather, and field conditions.
• Night shifts may be required. A night shift assignment is possible but is not guaranteed.
• Flexibility it's important because agricultural schedules can change with weather and customer needs.

Qualifications :

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe operation.
• Comfortable learning camera-based equipment, touchscreen controls, and new technology.
• Tractor, farm equipment, or spraying experience preferred.
• Mechanical ability and basic troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Willing to obtain any pesticide credentials required for the position.
• Able to work outdoors and handle the physical demands of loading, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
