RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Team Lead, this individual will ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and on-time performance.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Ensure all parts are properly painted and work instructions are followed precisely Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects Determine flow and coating quality by performing visual inspections Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations Ensure spray efficiencies are meeting KPI's based on quoted levels Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and on-time performance Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment Ensure proper cleaning by removing waster powder and maintenance of equipment Train new associates powder coating operations and techniques Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Manufacturing experience helpful Requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Effective verbal communication skills with a positive attitude Highly dependable, exhibits initiative, maximizes use of time, accountable to their teammates and Line Lead in a fast-paced production environment Use good judgement and independent thinking to produce high quality, efficiently and safely

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, hands, fingers, legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, handling of materials, and operating machinery Carrying amp; lifting 10

• 75 Pounds frequently Ability to endure hours exposed to heat Ability to move and transfer products with an overhead crane Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus Must be able to pass a general respirator medical evaluation 1st Shift
