Blaster DeGrave Mediablasting and Painting LLC Green Bay, WI Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $35 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Forklift Attention to detail Cleaning (surface preparation method) Industrial equipment Clean workspace maintenance Safety standard operating procedures Sanding Full Job Description Duties Sandblast or abrasive blast to remove rust, scale or paint from most metal/steel items to prepare surface for optimal paint adhesion Hang or handle products safely using a variety of hooks for the blasting process Inspect parts as they leave the blasts booths to ensure quality products Adjust equipment settings to achieve expected results Clean and store respiratory PPE as required by the manufacturer Assist with cleaning and routine operations around the shop Requirements Previous blasting experience is preferred but not required Must be willing to learn blasting expectations and procedures Forklift experience is a plus but not necessary Follow safety protocols & procedures Must maintain a clean work environment Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, and reach while painting in some instances
