Paint Prepper Perform work directly related to the preparation of product for painting, spraying, coating and/or finishing. Prepare surfaces for painting using techniques such as sanding, blasting, grinding. Final material preparation including taping, masking and/or priming. May assist with materials handling, paint mixing, equipment cleaning, and light painting and some post finishing as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including but not limiting, move, measure, clean, tape and sand parts to prepare for painting, shipping, etc. Communicate and coordinate with other Paint staff and employees, for: forecasting inventory supply and demand scheduled parts assignments and projects Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein; this includes assisting other departments as needed, based on workload and productivity. To monitor, carry out and abide by company policies. Candidate(s) should be a reliable and responsible individual, able to work independently and well with others. Must have excellent attendance record! Heavy lifting and standing is required.
