• 1st shift $19ph+ (based on experience) 1st shift
• Monday
• Friday, 6am
• 3:30pm Located 30 minutes outside of Manitowoc We are seeking a dependable Blaster / Painter to assist with preparing and finishing metal parts in a manufacturing environment.

This position will primarily involve blasting parts to properly prepare surfaces for painting, along with assisting with industrial painting and material handling as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Blast metal parts and components to prepare surfaces for painting and finishing

Operate industrial painting equipment to apply coatings to parts as needed

Set up, operate, and properly shut down blasting and painting equipment

Inspect and prepare parts to help ensure surfaces are ready for coating

Move parts, materials, and supplies throughout the work area using manual methods, forklifts, or skid steers

Assist in both blasting and painting areas based on production needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow established safety procedures and work instructions

Perform other production-related duties as assigned #Manitowoc1

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous industrial blasting, painting, or related manufacturing experience is preferred

Ability to safely operate or learn to operate applicable equipment

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and ability to follow work instructions

Ability to read and understand basic workplace and safety information

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the shift
