Surface Preparation:

Prepare steel surfaces for coating using air tools and sanders.

Spray Booth Coating:

Apply primers and finishes using industrial spray equipment.

Precision Inspection:

Verify product dimensions using measuring tape. Workflow & Daily Scheduling (Lead Role): Organize team tasks to meet goals. Training & Quality Control (Lead Role): Onboard new team members and perform quality inspections.

Equipment Care & Maintenance:

Maintain booth equipment and paint guns. What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications)

Spray Gun & Air Tool Mastery:

1 year of experience in a shop setting. Leadership Background (Lead Role): 2 to 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

Tape Measurement Literacy:

Proficient in reading measuring tapes.

Work Ethic & Tenure:

Stable employment history.

Location Requirements:

Must reside within 45 minutes of Richfield, WI. Preferred Technical Assets (Bonus Skills)

Catalyst & Solvent Mixing:

Experience with fluid viscosity and mixing epoxies/polyurethanes. Shop Logistics & 5

Overhead Crane & Rigging:

Ability to operate cranes and forklifts.
