Job Description

Summary:

A manufacturing facility in Richfield, Wisconsin is hiring a CMM Programmer and FAI Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience in CMM programming and inspection. Join a quality focused team supporting machining operations and compliance initiatives, Qualified candidates apply today! Pay rate $30.00 per hour Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30

PM Responsibilities:

Develop and operate CMM programs using PC DMIS software Prepare and complete First Article Inspections using AS9102 documentation Analyze and resolve dimensional nonconformances to ensure part compliance Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to establish inspection methods Perform manual inspections using precision measuring tools

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of CMM programming experience using PC DMIS and SolidWorks 2 to 5 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of AS9102 and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in regulated environments such as ISO, ITAR, or CMMC #indMKE
