We are seeking a reliable part-time Shop Helper to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is responsible for helping keep our shop clean, organized, and running efficiently while supporting our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor, work areas, and common spaces Sweep, mop, and remove debris to ensure a safe working environment Clean and prepare parts as needed Assist with maintaining organized workstations and production areas Dispose of scrap materials and keep areas free of clutter Support general shop tasks as assigned Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Previous shop, warehouse, or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
