Temp-to-Hire | 3rd Shift Schedule Information Sunday - Thursday 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM Bilingual Paint Repair Team Lead Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish required Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience required Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred Experience in paint repair, quality inspection, or automotive manufacturing is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality Key Responsibilities Lead and support the paint repair team while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met Oversee daily paint repair operations for aluminum wheels manufactured for the automotive industry Perform paint repair duties and fill in for team members as needed to maintain production flow Inspect finished products for paint defects and ensure repairs meet company quality standards Train, coach, and assist team members while promoting a safe and productive work environment Communicate production updates and quality concerns with supervisors and team members Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all company safety policies Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Paint Repair Team Lead for an automotive manufacturing facility in Frankfort, KY.
