1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 3:00

PM Pay:

$19.00 per hour Urgent Need — Bilingual Preferred Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Valve Body Technician to support production and assembly operations. This position involves hands-on mechanical work, inspecting components, and completing tasks according to established procedures. Candidates must be comfortable using a computer to view and follow detailed work instructions. Key Responsibilities Assemble, inspect, and work with valve body components Follow step-by-step computer-based work instructions Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required Inspect parts for quality, damage, and proper fit Perform basic mechanical assembly and component installation Accurately document completed work when required Identify and report defective or incorrect parts Maintain productivity and quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety and production procedures Work closely with team members and leads to meet daily goals Requirements Previous manufacturing, assembly, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred Must be comfortable using a computer to follow work instructions Ability to follow detailed written and visual procedures Strong attention to detail Comfortable using basic hand tools Reliable attendance and stable work history Ability to perform repetitive hands-on work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required Preferred Qualities Mechanically inclined Automotive or transmission-related experience Previous production or assembly experience Strong hand-eye coordination Comfortable learning new computer systems and production processes Consistent attendance and long-term job commitment COM156 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
