Do you enjoy installing, wiring, and bringing new robotic cells online—then proving them out on the floor? Are you energized by diagnosing tough PLC/robot/HMI issues and making systems run better than before? Do you like turning a good process into a great one through programming tweaks, vision calibration, and documentation rigor? Impact areas Commissioning & Startups Install, configure, and test automated equipment per engineering specs. Support on-site commissioning at client facilities, ensuring safe, stable operation. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Execute preventative maintenance routines and perform repairs on robots and control systems. Diagnose integration issues involving robotics, PLCs, HMIs, pneumatics, and electrical components. Programming & Continuous Improvement Assist with robot programming, path optimization, and calibration. Program industrial vision platforms including FANUC, Cognex, and Keyence to enhance detection and quality. Documentation, Safety & Teaming Log all work performed, update schematics, and record troubleshooting steps. Model a safety-first mindset and collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver on project objectives. How we work together We look forIdeal Team Players:

Technical profile Industrial robotics and automation fundamentals PLCs and HMIs, plus robot programming interfaces for FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa Vision system programming (FANUC, Cognex, Keyence, etc.) Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of pneumatic and electrical systems Analytical problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills Proficient reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Clear communicator; quality- and safety-focused; detail oriented Capable of organizing multiple projects and priorities Baseline requirements 2+ years hands-on with robotic systems in manufacturing or automation Proven experience in robotic integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance Familiarity with risk assessments, safety protocols, and relevant standards Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer locations Travel expectations Up to 40% travel.
