Role:

We are seeking a Control Systems Technician or BAS Programmer responsible for commissioning, diagnosing, and repairing environmental-control systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in electronics, direct digital control, airflow, hydronics, refrigeration, HVAC, and control techniques.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS). Experience with Tridium and Niagara systems is a plus. Ability to solve problems, interpret technical instructions, and work with abstract and concrete variables. Some Mechanical or Construction field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Commission, diagnose, and repair environmental-control systems. Maintain professional appearance and presentation while representing the company. Conduct end-to-end testing, programming, and servicing on assigned projects. Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as required. Manage inventory, company equipment, and documentation related to job activities. Provide training and support to customers on system operation and maintenance.
