$45.00-$50.00 per hour (Direct Hire)Shift:

- Earn 2 floating holidays for 2027 if employed on or before 12/31/2026 What's a typical day as Controls Technician? You'll be:
- Programming, troubleshooting, and repairing Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, and networking equipment.
- Maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and systems, including motors, pneumatic and conveyor systems, and production equipment.
- Engineering equipment improvements, supporting ongoing automation initiatives, and participating in regular training to expand your expertise.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Supervisory Lead as required. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years of electrical experience in an industrial setting.
- Possess hands-on skills in RS Logix 500/5000, computer networking, HMI, and robotics.
- Have PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley) and a strong understanding of ladder logic.
- Are a strong troubleshooter with practical electrical experience and a willingness to continuously learn.
- Can work 1st shift Monday-Friday and are physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Are comfortable stepping into mechanical maintenance tasks as needed/requested.
- Have a positive attitude and are motivated to excel in a high-growth industry.
