The ideal candidate will handle the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of our instrumentation and control systems, ensuring all operational protocols are met to maintain our property investment values and standards. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation and control systems. Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, electrical systems, and building management systems. Calibrate all instruments and controls to ensure accuracy and functionality. Document and maintain records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize building control operations. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as outlined by regulatory bodies and JLL standards. Required Skills Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and control systems.
