Required Qualifications Completion of an Associate's degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline. Demonstrated professional background working as a Controls Technician or in a related capacity. Comprehensive knowledge of automation hardware, PLCs, and various control architectures. Strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous approach to technical challenges. Capacity to manage tasks autonomously while contributing effectively to group objectives. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Flexibility regarding work scheduling to meet operational demands. Technical Proficiencies Expertise in PLC diagnostics. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics. Advanced troubleshooting techniques. Experience in the assembly and construction of machinery. Knowledge of single and three-phase power distribution. Competency with 120/208/240/480 voltage environments. Skills in the installation of CNC equipment. Experience in programming industrial robotics. Capability in electrical system installation. Ability to diagnose industrial automation hardware. Practical experience in PLC software development. Competency in configuring machine vision systems. Experience managing high-voltage infrastructure. Proficiency in conduit installation and wiring. Skills in pneumatic system diagnostics.
