•20.00 per hour Full-Time Monthly Bonus Opportunities About the Position This full-time position combines professional art installation with custom picture framing. Team members install artwork in residential and commercial spaces, design and build museum-quality custom picture frames, assist customers with custom framing projects, and work alongside an experienced team dedicated to quality craftsmanship. This position floats between our Bentonville, Rogers, and Fayetteville stores. Travel is an essential part of this role. Installation projects take place both locally and nationwide, providing the opportunity to work in a variety of environments while representing Scott Frame & Art with professionalism and care. No two days are exactly alike, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and creating beautiful finished products. No custom framing or art installation experience? That's okay. We're willing to train the right person who shares our commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Professionally install artwork in residential and commercial spaces. Design and build museum-quality custom picture frames. Assist customers with custom framing design and selection. Safely transport artwork and framing materials. Measure and install artwork with precision and attention to detail. Use hand and power tools to complete framing and installation projects. Travel to installation projects locally and nationwide. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience.
