As a Custom Framer & Fine Art Installation Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to design custom picture framing projects, build museum-quality frames, and travel with our team on local and nationwide fine art installations in residential and commercial spaces. What You'll Do Customer Experience Welcome customers and guide them through the custom picture framing process. Design custom picture framing projects that complement each client's artwork, style, and space. Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service and thoughtful recommendations. Help ensure every client enjoys a seamless experience from consultation through project completion. Represent Scott Frame & Art with professionalism and attention to detail in both the showroom and on-site. Custom Picture Framing Design and create custom picture framing projects using museum-quality materials and professional framing techniques. Measure, assemble, and finish custom picture framing projects with precision and attention to detail. Handle artwork using industry best practices to help preserve and protect each piece. Inspect completed projects to ensure they meet Scott Frame & Art's quality standards. Assist with fine art printing and scanning services as needed. Art Installations Travel with our team on local and nationwide art installations, helping transform residential and commercial spaces through thoughtfully installed artwork. Professionally install artwork with precision and care. Create balanced artwork layouts and gallery walls that enhance each client's space. Carefully transport and handle artwork before, during, and after installation. Deliver a polished, white-glove installation experience while representing Scott Frame & Art on-site. Ability to travel overnight for local and nationwide art installation projects. Ability to safely lift and transport framed artwork and installation equipment. Comfortable using ladders and working at varying heights when installing artwork. Availability to work a rotating Saturday schedule. Reliable transportation to work. Qualifications That Set You Apart While not required, experience in any of the following may help you succeed in this role: Custom picture framing Fine art printing and scanning Art handling Fine art, design, or other creative industries Interior design Home décor Visual merchandising Luxury retail Customer service Photography Adobe Photoshop or other design software No custom picture framing experience?
