Production Lead - Embroidery

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Lead to join our team! You will be responsible for helping to oversee the activities of the embroidery department and executing the daily production plan. Hours are 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of up to 10 Check programming is correct before each new run Operate embroidery machines when needed Help train and evaluate employees Follow quality standards and check quality of embroidery on produced pieces Track daily output Report safety issues and policy violations to management Keeps routine maintenance protocols and reports malfunction machines Update production logs in computer systems Read work orders & basic computer entry ​
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Embroidery Lead or other related fields Previous industrial embroidery experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Proven experience in leadership
