Mobile Detailing Operator — 2+ Years Experience Required Bespoke Auto Spa | San Diego, CA (La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley) From $20 an hour

You should already be proficient in machine polishing and paint correction, ceramic coating installation, interior deep cleaning, and working independently with minimal supervision. Bespoke Auto Spa is San Diego's premium mobile detailing service, built around a single standard: we're the last detailer our clients ever call. We work nearly exclusively on luxury and exotic vehicles for owners who expect precision, discretion, and results that hold up. You'll run a fully equipped company van on your own, at clients' homes and businesses across our service area. How pay works

• $20/hr guaranteed base. Applies to every hour you're clocked in, including drive time between jobs. You never earn less than this.
• Performance pay: each completed service carries a fixed job rate, set at a $30/hour pace. The job rate doesn't shrink if you take longer, and it doesn't grow if you rush past our quality standard. Every pay period, you're paid whichever is greater: your hours at $20, or your total job rates earned.
• $30•35/hr effective for a technician working with strong efficiency and consistent quality.
• Efficiency pays you. Finish a job clean and fast, your effective hourly climbs. There's no stopwatch on individual jobs, just one clock in and one clock out for the day.
• Paid Weekly Schedule: 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days, 40 hours a week. What you'll do: Run full exterior and interior details, paint correction, and ceramic coating installation from your assigned van, maintain Bespoke's quality standard on every job, document completion, and represent the brand professionally with every client. • 2+ years of professional detailing experience, no exceptions
• Comfortable running paint correction and ceramic coating work independently
• Shows up on time, every time
• Holds a high standard for their own work and takes feedback well
• Kind and professional with high-end clientele
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work in heat, cold, and sun
