Marine Detailer (Full-Time & Part-Time) Marine Pro is seeking both experienced marine detailers and motivated entry-level candidates to join our growing yard-based detailing division at Anna Maria Island Marina in Bradenton Beach, Florida. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing marine service company that is building one of the area's premier professional detailing programs. We specialize in high-end yacht and boat detailing, paint correction, oxidation removal, machine polishing, ceramic coatings, and gelcoat restoration. Why Marine Pro? If you have the work ethic and attitude, we'll teach you the rest. Position Overview We're looking to build a dependable two- to three-person detailing crew. Ideally, we'd like to hire one experienced detailer and one motivated trainee, but we're primarily looking for the right people. This is a yard-based position with opportunities to work on a wide variety of vessels ranging from center consoles to luxury yachts.

Compensation Entry-Level Trainees Starting pay:

$18.00/hour Paid 60-day training program Performance-based wage increase upon successful completion of training Experienced Marine Detailers $22.00-$27.00/hour Compensation based on experience, skill level, productivity, and overall qualifications Schedule Monday through Friday Full-time preferred Part-time positions available for qualified candidates Immediate openings Responsibilities Wash, compound, polish, and wax boats and yachts Perform oxidation removal and gelcoat restoration Apply ceramic coatings Clean stainless steel, glass, vinyl, and upholstery Maintain professional-quality finishes Safely operate polishers, buffers, and detailing equipment Follow Stark detailing systems and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Qualifications Experience is preferred but not required . We're looking for individuals who are: Dependable and punctual Self-motivated Hardworking Detail-oriented Professional in appearance and attitude Comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions Able to lift equipment and perform physically demanding work Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience in marine detailing, automotive detailing, paint correction, machine polishing, ceramic coatings, or professional detailing is a plus.
