We're looking for hardworking, detail-oriented people who can help create stunning, professional lighting displays on high-end homes and properties across Tampa Bay. Whether you're leading a crew, working rooflines, or perfecting the details on the ground, you'll play a key role in delivering a safe, clean, and memorable experience for our clients.

What You'll Do:

Install lights on rooflines, gutters, peaks, and dormers Wrap trees, bushes, and pillars with mini lights Assemble and prep wreaths, garland, and hardware Maneuver ladders up to 28 feet and navigate various roof types Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols Work directly with the crew to stay on time and deliver quality results Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

What We're Looking For:

Roofers, Crew Leaders, Installers (pay based on role) Comfortable working on ladders and at heights (roof experience a plus) Fast, dependable, and detail-focused Strong work ethic and ability to work in all weather conditions Reliable transportation Bonus points for leadership experience or professional roofing background Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Install Season Schedule:

Training Starts:

Early October Install Season Ends:

Dec 10-18 (weather/demand dependent)

Workdays:

5-6 days/week (preference for 32+ hrs)

Hours:

7:30am-5:30pm (daylight/weather dependent) Cash tips are yours to keep

Takedown Season Schedule:

Jan 2-Jan 31 Earn an additional $2,000- in 3-4 weeks !!
