Apply Job Type Full-time Description Craftsman - Custom Millwork & Cabinetry Thomas Riley Artisans' Guild is seeking an experienced Craftsman to fabricate high-end custom residential millwork, cabinetry, and architectural woodworking projects. Responsibilities Fabricate high-end custom residential millwork and cabinetry from drawings and specifications Read blueprints, create cut lists, and plan assembly processes Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Perform quality control inspections throughout production Track materials, maintain parts lists, and document as-built changes Work closely with engineering, finishing, operations, and installation teams Assist with installation as needed Qualifications

• 10+ years of woodworking, millwork, or cabinetry experience preferred
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with woodworking machinery, materials, and fabrication methods
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
• Must provide personal hand tools (tool reimbursement policy applies)
• AutoCAD experience is a plus Requirements Schedule & Expectations Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Overtime and weekend work are expected when available to support production schedules and project deadlines
