Requirements:

• EXPERIENCE.

  You must have relevant experience on a framing crew if you want to make over 30 an hour. You can still apply if you don't, but don't expect to be making 50 an hour like some of the others.
• Dependable transportation.
• Valid ID
• Your own basic tools.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance. We work on high end homes so being presentable is crucial.
• Pride in your work. We have a reputation to maintain and need applicants that can help do the same.
• 2-3 references if you are experienced Pay is based on experience, how many guys you can effectively manage, and a two week evaluation period.
