Position Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who can operate and maintain coil binding equipment. This role includes leadership opportunities for someone ready to grow into a lead position while working in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee a coil binding machine for punching and inserting plastic or wire coil Guide a small team to meet daily production goals Address mechanical issues and perform routine upkeep (primarily mechanical systems) Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout each job Use standard tools for adjustments and maintenance Maintain consistent attendance and reliability Work flexible hours and overtime as needed
