About us Winning Edge, Inc. is a small award manufacturing business in Maple Plain, MN. We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to provide our award recipients with the very best in quality, so that their experience is second to none...and have fun doing it..

- Measure, cut, and assemble frames for artwork and photographs
- Select appropriate materials for framing based on the production tickets and specifications
- Mount artwork and photographs using archival methods to ensure preservation
- Operate framing equipment, such as saws, mat cutters, and glass cutters
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in art framing or a related field is preferred
- Experience with miter saws, table saws
- Familiarity with various types of art, including paintings, prints, and photographs
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting materials
- Excellent customer service skills to assist customers with their framing needs
