Required Skills and Experience Completion of secondary education or equivalent; specialized training in winding is advantageous. Fundamental knowledge of winding operations and associated hardware. Exceptional focus on precision and the capacity to execute tasks according to specific guidelines. Solid manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
