Exterior Painting Crew Member (No Experience Required) Join our team this summer as an Exterior Painting Crew Member and gain hands-on experience working outdoors while learning a valuable skill. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a motivated team. No prior painting experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, washing, and priming) Apply exterior paint to siding, trim, doors, and other surfaces Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites Safely use ladders and basic painting equipment Support the crew with lifting materials and maintaining an organized workspace Follow safety guidelines at all times Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally What We're Looking For No experience required—strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physical work (lifting, climbing ladders, standing for long periods) Reliable, punctual, and accountable Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Attention to detail and pride in your work Why This Job is Worth It Get paid while learning a valuable, in-demand skill Build experience in painting, construction, and teamwork Work outdoors and stay active throughout the summer Opportunities for growth and leadership Ideal for students or individuals looking for hands-on experience

Pay:

$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
