This position is responsible for leading home performance projects, including attic insulation, air sealing, crawlspace improvements, and other energy-efficiency upgrades. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of leading a crew while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Clean driving record is a must. No major violations within past 5 years. Qualifications Experience with blown-in insulation, air sealing, crawlspace work or home performance services Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces and other confined areas Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
