What You'll Do Maintain product quality according to specifications Monitor and maintain fibers on production drums Keep work areas organized and clean Stage and refill raw materials during production runs Assist with mat removal from drums Mix resin materials as directed Perform and record quality checks Work efficiently and stay productive throughout the shift Maintain reliable attendance Support additional tasks as needed What You Bring Required Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work Preferred Mechanical aptitude Good hand‑eye coordination Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting Exposure to temperature variations and production-level noise
