Responsibilities Complete residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects. Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs. Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions. Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Arrive on time and complete projects efficiently and professionally. Build customer trust by identifying additional repair or maintenance opportunities. Deliver exceptional workmanship while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism and integrity at every job site. Requirements Must Have Experience across multiple trades, including: Carpentry Plumbing Drywall Painting Tile Basic Electrical Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable transportation with a well-maintained vehicle. Organized tools and familiarity with the equipment needed for a variety of repair projects. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Punctual, dependable, and customer-focused. Nice to Have Residential remodeling experience. Experience working directly with homeowners. Ability to estimate repair solutions and identify additional service opportunities. Experience in handyman or property maintenance services. Knowledge of multiple home repair systems and building practices.
