The company focuses on protecting interior and exterior surfaces against rust, corrosion, and wear using tailored solutions that meet demanding field conditions. Its core work includes cargo and frac tanks, where durability and quality finishes are essential. Team members work in a safety-focused environment and contribute directly to extending the life and performance of critical industrial equipment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Fiberglass Technician located in Stanton, TX. The technician will perform fiberglass repairs and fabrication on cargo and frac tanks and other industrial equipment, including surface preparation, lay-up, lamination, and finishing to meet quality standards. Daily tasks include inspecting damage, determining appropriate repair methods, sanding and grinding surfaces, mixing and applying resins, and ensuring proper curing and clean-up. The role also involves working closely with painters and other technicians to coordinate project timelines, following safety procedures, and maintaining tools and work areas. The technician is expected to read job instructions, meet production schedules, and communicate issues or material needs to supervisors. Qualifications Practical fiberglass repair and fabrication skills, including lay-up, lamination, surface preparation, sanding, and finishing. Experience working with industrial coatings, resins, fillers, and related materials commonly used on cargo and frac tanks. Ability to use hand and power tools safely (grinders, sanders, cutting tools) and follow shop safety protocols. Strong attention to detail, quality-focused workmanship, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in industrial environments, including occasional work in confined or elevated spaces. Previous experience in industrial painting, tank liner repairs, or heavy equipment maintenance is highly beneficial. Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant trade or technical training is a plus.
