Overview If you are an experienced tradesperson who loves working with your hands but is tired of the endless hassle of chasing leads, bidding on jobs, and managing billing, this role is designed for you. We handle the marketing, scheduling, and administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: solving problems and completing high-quality repairs for homeowners. You will have a consistent, full-time schedule with no on-call or late-night shifts, allowing you to maintain a reliable routine and a healthy work-life balance. What Success Looks Like In this role, success is measured by the quality of your craft and the satisfaction of the homeowners you help. Here is what you can expect:

Daily:

You will review your scheduled jobs on a company-provided app, drive to local residences, assess the projects, and perform a variety of light carpentry, drywall, tiling, and minor plumbing or electrical tasks. You will communicate clearly with customers about the progress of their repairs and clean up the work area before leaving.

Over Time:

You will build strong relationships with local homeowners, many of whom request their favorite craftsmen by name. You will work efficiently, manage your materials wisely, and contribute to a supportive team culture where quality work is recognized and celebrated. What You Bring to the Role We look for skilled professionals who take pride in their work and respect the homes they work in. To be successful, you must have: At least 5 years of paid experience in home maintenance, remodeling, or general trades. Your own set of standard hand and power tools for everyday carpentry, drywall, and repair work. A valid driver's license and a reliable, presentable work truck, van, or SUV. The ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to customer service. Nice-to-Haves Multi-trade expertise, such as proficiency in both fine carpentry and drywall texture matching. Experience using smartphone-based scheduling or dispatch software.
