Landscape Installation Crew Member - Wells Cutting Edge Wells Cutting Edge is hiring motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Landscape Installation Crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, building beautiful spaces, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship, this could be the perfect fit. Responsibilities Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, rock, edging, and other landscape materials Assist with hardscape projects such as pavers and retaining walls Operate hand tools and small equipment safely Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Maintain clean, safe job sites Follow direction from crew leaders and project managers Qualifications Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Hands‑on training and skill development Supportive, team‑focused work environment Consistent full‑season work Lots of fun activities throughout the year Schedule Full‑time, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season.
