What We're Looking For 8+ years of professional framing experience Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial wood framing Ability to read plans and execute work accurately Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong understanding of framing layout, sequencing, and construction methods High standard for quality and attention to detail Ability to identify and solve problems in the field Dependable, hardworking, and accountable Comfortable working closely with a crew lead and supporting the success of the entire team Willingness to communicate openly and work collaboratively Leadership experience is a plus, but this position does not require you to be the primary crew lead .
