EDM Programmer/Operator

Bruschi is an industrial production company with 75 years of history in zinc die casting . We are looking for an EDM Programmer/operator for our facility located in the Milwaukee area. The CNC Programmer we are looking for must have: 3 years' experience as an EDM programmer and operator. Strong time management skills Able to work independently Journeyman Card as a toolmaker would be a plus (not required) And they will be responsible for the following job duties : 1. Set-up, operate and maintain EDM machine 2. Lay block in machine with print as guide 3. Indicate straightness, flatness etc 4. Plot and test run program for accuracy and according to print spec. 5. Perform quality checks 6. Remove block by hand and clean with solvents and air gun. 7. Coordinate incoming projects and repairs with tooling department staff 8.
