Job Description
Busy Downtown Custom Frame shop has an immediate need for a temporary Part Time Framing Assistant to help with our online production. We are looking for a creative, energetic individual who is able to meet deadlines with fine craftsmanship skills. We are looking for someone to start immediately through August 31st. This could continue as on ongoing part time position. We are a high volume, fast paced frame shop looking for someone to with a great work ethic & fine craftsmanship skills to join our team. This position entails finishing frame corners of joined frames with putties, paints & markers, & prepping framing materials for framers.
Job duties include:
finishing frame corners by using various wood putties, fillers & markers to finish our joined picture frame corners before they are assembled, perform frame assembly & packaging frames & artworks for shipping. We are willing to train a detail oriented, efficient individual. We are looking for a creative individual with attention to detail, a good work ethic. This is a part time position for 24- 32 hours per week. We offer a flexibile schedule during our daytime operating hours and are able to work around classroom hours for a student. Daytime hours Monday

- 5:00 (hours are flexible in this time frame)
