Role:
We're looking for experienced and dedicated Production Crew Manager to lead our team! We are looking for someone to lead our onsite operations and assist the crew in completing the assigned jobs. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn are a must.
Responsibilities:
Lead production crews to complete assigned jobs Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming Paint interior and exterior residential surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Perform ladder work, masking, taping, cutting-in, and job site cleanup Maintain flower beds Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers Spread mulch, gravel, and other materials Operate landscaping machinery Assist with irrigation systems and hardscape installs Operate a variety of cleaning equipment and machinery Follow proper techniques, tool use, and safety procedures Follow site plans and direction Maintain clean and organized workspaces Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and crew members
Requirements:
Leadership/managerial experience required Landscaping experience required Painting experience preferred Exterior cleaning experience preferred Comfortable using ladders and working at heights Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Schedule:
