Panel Builder (Electrical Assembler) Penmac Staffing is now hiring a Panel Builder in the Conway area for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. This hands-on role is a great fit for someone who enjoys electrical assembly, reading schematics, and working on a variety of projects in a shop environment. Requirements for the Panel Builder Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications Basic electrical or mechanical assembly knowledge preferred Trade school or post-secondary education is a plus, but not required Panel Builder Responsibilities Measure and lay out back panels and enclosures Mount electrical components to panels and cabinets Route and bundle wiring neatly to meet standards Perform point-to-point wiring for relays, PLCs, I/O modules, VFDs, and instrumentation
