MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER
- $22/hour Hiring Immediately! Job Description This position involves the tear down and assembly of heavy-duty electric trucks in a manufacturing environment. Associates will work from detailed work instructions and engineering drawings while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced assembly setting. Responsibilities Perform tear down and assembly of heavy-duty electric trucks according to work instructions and specifications. Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures throughout the assembly process. Inspect products, identify defects, and correct workmanship issues as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting production goals. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous automotive, electrical assembly, heavy equipment, farm equipment, or truck assembly experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical assembly work throughout the shift. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Work Environment Manufacturing and assembly environment focused on the production of heavy-duty electric trucks. Employees work closely with tools, components, and engineering documentation while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. All candidates must be able to train on 1st shift regardless of their long-term assignment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
