LED Assembly Technician Location:

Based on experience Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Soldering & Assembly Technician to support the production of architectural lighting products. This role involves soldering, assembling LED lighting components, working with wiring, and using basic hand and power tools. Daily Responsibilities Solder and connect lighting components with precision Prepare and assemble LED strip lighting Build wire leads and harnesses using assembly drawings Assemble products according to work instructions and production requirements Use hand tools, drills, saws, and other basic equipment Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain an organized and safe workstation Work with the production team to meet daily goals Assist with training and other production projects as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of soldering experience Previous LED or lighting assembly experience is a plus Electronic or electrical assembly experience is welcome Comfortable reading basic drawings and work instructions Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Mechanically inclined and willing to learn Reliable team player with a positive attitude Must be able to communicate in English Physical Requirements Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
