Position Summary

STARTECX INC.

is seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Product Assembly & Testing Technician to assemble, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and document electronic and electromechanical products used in industrial automation systems. Responsibilities Assemble electronic and electromechanical products according to drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials. Install and connect wiring, cables, sensors, circuit boards, connectors, and other components. Perform soldering, crimping, labeling, and cable-routing work. Test completed products using multimeters and other testing equipment. Identify, document, and report assembly defects or test failures. Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues. Maintain accurate production, inspection, and testing records. Follow ESD, quality-control, and workplace-safety procedures. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or product testing is preferred. Ability to read assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Basic understanding of electrical components and testing equipment. Experience with soldering, crimping, wiring, and hand tools is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate effectively and safely handle production materials and equipment.
