Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components, wiring electrical panels, and integrating electro-mechanical systems according to detailed schematics and blueprints. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in electronics assembly, PCB handling, and the use of various hand and power tools. Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and systems following detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation accurately. Perform surface mount technology (SMT) assembly on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using appropriate tools and techniques. Solder electronic components with precision, adhering to IPC 610 standards for quality and reliability. Build electrical panels by wiring components, installing terminal blocks, relays, and other electro-mechanical parts. Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters to ensure proper assembly. Conduct troubleshooting of electrical assemblies using engineering troubleshooting methods to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Follow blueprint specifications meticulously while maintaining safety protocols throughout the assembly process. Assist in testing completed assemblies for functionality and compliance with specifications. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and resolve technical challenges. Requirements Proven experience in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, or related manufacturing roles. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Knowledge of PCB handling, surface mount technology (SMT), and soldering techniques compliant with IPC 610 standards. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electro-mechanical components. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, multimeters (including ohmmeters), and other testing instruments effectively. Experience with electrical panel building and wiring complex assemblies according to detailed specifications. Strong mechanical assembly skills combined with an understanding of machining processes is preferred. Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing electrical issues. Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently in a manufacturing environment.
