Under the direction of a supervisor/manager, provides assembly support in building Surface Mount SMT circuit boards and small electromechanical assemblies.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reads and follows work instructions, assembly drawings, and parts lists.
- Performs work as assigned
- Able to use basic hand tools and soldering tools.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience related to soldering Surface Mount electronic components.
- Experience with IPC-A-610 and/or
J-STD-001
workmanship standards preferred.- Ability to interpret all documentation, work instructions, and customer-supplied drawings.
- Ability to communicate with supervisor/manager and follow written and verbal instructions.
