09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler for a growing manufacturing team!Schedule:
Multiple Shifts with possible overtimeDay Shift:
Monday- Friday
- 6:00 AM-2:30
PM Swing Shift:
Monday- Thursday 2:30 pm
- 11:00 pm, Friday 12:30 pm
- 9:00 pm Duties and Responsibilities Measures and cuts wire to exact specifications Attaches wires to board using appropriate hand tools Performs soldering Completes assembly tasks on variety of control system designs following specific job prints Meets daily production goals as defined by Team Lead and Production Master Schedule Maintains work area in a clean and organized manner, adheres to 5S and shop floor protocols Learns and maintains working knowledge of company Safety and Quality Policies Keeps a high awareness level on a daily basis of Electrostatic Discharge Safety (ESD) and overall Quality policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency 6 months- 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment Must be able to read electronic/electrical wiring schematic diagrams Ability to identify electronic & electrical parts Familiarity with electronic & electrical principles Ability to perform basic math calculations Ability to use tape measurer, multi-meters and other measuring equipment and tools Good communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization professionally Must have strong attention to detail Willingness to cross train to assist other stations on the production floor as needed Ability to life and/or push, pull, carry up to 25 pounds frequently Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach regularly Ability to use hand tools and power tools as needed Must be willing and able to adhere to safety protocols, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and safety glasses Company Description For over 30 years, clients and candidates have entrusted AtWork to provide workforce solutions nationwide.
