09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Labor Finders is seeking reliable Equipment Technicians, Assemblers, and Production Workers for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Sacramento, CA (Natomas area). Starting pay is $20/hr. This role is ideal for hands-on candidates with previous equipment, assembly, or production experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assembling products, operating tools and equipment, performing quality checks, and supporting daily production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Assemble, package, and inspect products according to company standards. Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely. Perform quality control checks on finished products. Load and unload materials as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while meeting production goals.
Requirements:
Previous Equipment Technician, assembly, or production experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable transportation and appropriate work attire with safety footwear. Must have valid ID/work authorization to verify eligibility to work in the U.S. (E-Verify utilized).
